Great attittude and Giving correct feedback
After struggling to get proper instructios as to what needs to be done in order for me to get a refund, for out of pocket money spent to pay my Doctor. Shanet Smith got involved in my query and she has given a detailed description of the documents required for the refund to be processed.<br> <br> On all occassions when I spoke to her she, gave me correct feedback and with a great and professional attitude.<br> <br> Yesterday she confirmed finalisation of my refund, thank you Shanet it's been a long 3months trying to resolve the query but you've been such great help.
