GOT NO HELP!!!

My wife and two daughters joined Essential Med in February 2015 had no problems nothing but good service. My wife is now 9 weeks pregnant so were will be expecting the little one + - 27th of January 2016 now the conditions of Essential Med states you have to be a paying member for 12 months before covering child birth Now we fall 5 days shy of being paid members for 12 months so my wife called and asked if they would cover there answer from there Somerset West branch was NO then my wife emailed a complaint asking if it's possible we are willing to pay two months double premium so that we fall in the 12 month bracket with one month extra so they could cover the birth of our child safely there has still been no reply. I then called the Somerset West branch asked them the same question as in the email and they still said NO. And did not want to put me through to a Manger or a Director. What I don't understand is 1. Its 5days shy of a year membership 2. We willing to pay two months double premium so that we will be fully paid up for more than 12 months and we willing to pay a R1000 extra a month so they can cover the birth still no reply from them this is a stressful time for us.
