Good day to day benefits but bad efficiency

Before I gave birth in March I asked the process of putting a new born onto the medical aid. I got told if I register him 48 hours after birth an nd pay in the extra he would be on immediately. I phoned them up as required the forms and they told me my payment will be taken off May and he will have to wait 30 days before being active. Now that my payment has come off they didn't adjust my payment despite them sending me a notification stating everything is done.
