Going the extra mile
I contacted Essential Med and was assisted by Keshia Smith. Not only was she super friendly, but extremely helpful. She assisted me with an email address and rep**** to my query within minutes, by telephone and email. I am very grateful for her assistance. Makes contacting a call centre a walk in the park. Job well done.
