Friendly, factual, efficient service
Phoning for information on our membership status with not much detail on hand has never been so easy and uncomplicated. Tanya gave me facts, referred me to Bradford who gave me more information on my Family Protection Plan. Tanya also called to advise me that another gentleman would be in contact to assist me in reactivating a policy and to check if I received the relevant information up to that stage. Wow! Don't think I have ever received such friendly, efficient service from any company before.
