Forcing Services I Dont Need

I want to add maternity benefit to my policy, hows this though, because they changed policy things as soon as I update my policy, it's compulsory for me to take Specialists Benefits (Only covers R1000.00 - 2000.00 Max) and Optometry?. This adds R400.00 to the premium! What am I going to do with R1000.00 at a Specialist... Please could you arrange to wave this R400.00.
