Finally sorted
After such a long and exhausting battle I could finally get my daughter added as a beneficiary on my plan. After my last post Liesl called me the Monday morning early to sort out everything. My daughter was added immedately and everything that was not explained by previous people was explained. Liesl made sure to update me and follow up with me throughout the day and i am now very satisfied with the way she handled my complaint. Job well done
