I would like to thank Thokozani for the excellent service he gave me when i called in to enquire about the additional dental plan that essential med has now added. He answered all the questions in a professional manner. Can't say that I had the same experience with the rest of the people i spoke to yesterday. I think essential med should hire more competent people such as Thokozani.
