FANTASTIC SERVICE!
I contacted ESSENTIAL MED on 12/05/2015 regarding my claim queries and I spoke to JUNAYDE JAMES (PRACTICE MANAGER) as he is the only one who deals with practice queries. I advised him that claims i have previously submitted are now stale and have not received any response regarding payment/rejection so he suggested that i email all claims which in total was 14 claims DATED BACK TO LAST YEAR!!! and proof of submission and he will see what he can do about the matter.<br> In the next day or two Junayde contacted me regarding the claims and confirmed that claims have been sent through for processing and on the 19/05/2015 payment was received by ESSENTIAL MED.<br> I do thank you once again Junayde as your assistance was most definitely appreciated!
