false advertising and very slow on emails

I had the worst service from this company. Firstly when their consultant came to see me at work they said pricing has remained unchanged for 3 years and won't change soon. Few weeks later bam... pricing goes up. They took 2 months to reply to my mail after asking 72 hours to respond. Secondly i was assured that my eye specialist is covered. Now they have all sorts of excuses for not covering it. First they needed a letter of reference even after i have been going there 4 years. And not an old one. I need to go to my GP and get a new one. After getting this they now say sorry only specialist who will be admitting you to hospitals are covered. Will not recommend at all. Please be aware.
