Extremely disappointed

After competing the telephonc application process in July, I have recieved not one response to any of my emails where I am simply trying to update my postal address so that the documents I have been promised can be sent to me.

I was told i would need to send a copy of my ID as well as that of my husband and child immediately after recieving and signing the initial documents by email but i have not done so because as i am unhappy with the details on the initial contract yet no one has provided any feedback about making the amendments i need to have made.

Obviously this is a huge concern but there seems to be no concern from Essential Med.

What a huge disappointment
