I've been sending e-mails and making phone calls to essential Med regarding my police with no joy. Eventually I phoned and was put through to Andiso in the Finance Department. I explained my problem, she promised to get someone to contact me. 'O really\ I thought. Within five minutes Andiso phoned me back with an answer. Exceptional service! Thank you Andiso!"
