Exceptional Service

<p>I was busy to google Medical Aid for the over 55's and had just opened the link to Essential Med and "ping" Jovan Clarke connected in a direct conversation with me. Within 90 seconds he answered all my questions. I requested an e-mail from him and before I could even tell my husband, two offices away from me, that a representative of Essential Med will phone him the e-mail from Jovan came in. In times that the newspapers are only filled with hate actions and crime, to experience service like this gives me hope again that we do have a future in SA. Thanks Jovan, you are a star and I hope Essential Med knows what asset you are to their company.</p>
