excellent service from ccc

As a family we were looking for a better family medical aid that catrrs for all of us within a reasonable affordable payment monthly, while googling we came across essential med and we called in, immediately we were assisted by Michael fortune and after informing him of our interest and request our line was about to disconnect we inform him that we will be cut off immediately he suggested for a call back which he did immediately. He was proffesinal throughout the call and explain well to me and my husband were we did not understand with patience. We are happy that we were assisted with respect and not even once we felt unimportant like it was all about numbers of sales.
