Excellent service

I would like to say a BIG thank you to Zelda for helping me with all my queries and trust me I'm a pain in the ,,,,, She has been polite deligent and very professional when answering my calls at all times without sounding agro even tho she's explained it to me 100 times. Iv been with essential for 2years and had an accident where I broke my arm and emailed Zelda every5 min to confirm if they would cover the procedures.She was really helpful and sweet.Wish there were so many more out like you as the other times I called in and spoke to the consultant they were damn rude so now I demand to only speak to her:)
