Excellent & Quick Service Delivery
I logged into Essential Med as I am trying to put my folks on Medical Aid. Every where I looked, no-one could give me full information. I logged into Essential Med and there was a pop up (like Facebook chats) where Priscilla asked me if she could assist me and what was I looking for. I told her exactly what I need and 2 minutes later (through our chat) I received an email with the brochure and full information. I am sooo Impressed at the quick and efficient service level received from Priscilla. We need more service ambassadors like her.
