ESSENTIAL MED IS REAL TRASH!!!

I have been paying premiums for almost 4 years and every time I need my medical aid? It's a struggle, I call and send email and call again but no one ever comes back to me

I went to a doctor that is on their network and still they failed to pay!!!

I ended up paying from my own pocket because the doctor was threatening to hand me over? So I pay premiums and still pay cash to see a doctor? WOW!

This is not the first time i am struggeling with this so called Essential Med. You don't care about your customers, I must get bad credit even when I pay premiums every month? I have never defaulted even once and I'm really sick and tired of this bull****!

I want my money back and I want to cancel this trash you call a medical aid!!!

To anyone out there who is looking for a medical aid: DO NOT USE ESSENTIAL MED YOU ARE NO DIFFERENT FROM SOMEONE WITHOUT COVER!!!!
