1. Rejected claims - After my fifth visit to dr, no one calls or atleast sends sms to let you know that next dr visit get authorization! i was shocked when i got called by my doc office that claim was not paid!

2. Added a beneficiary, have not received updated policy yet!

3. Paid for a new card, still have not received the card!!!

DO NOT CALL ME UNTIL YOU HAVE FIXED ALL OF THIS!!!

Please accept this as an acknowledgement of your complaint.

The claims before the 21st of August 2019 will be resubmitted for processing.

Dependent was added to the policy as requested and the new membership pack will be sent out before your next debit order date.
