Efficient & helpful follow-up
I'd like to thank Shanet Smith for resolving two issues that had previously gone unanswered. Shanet was efficient and I appreciate that a) she got back to me when she said she would, b) went the extra mile to follow up twice with Mediscor on my behalf. What a pleasure to deal with someone who actually wants to give good service. Thank you very much.
