DRS DUBUISSON&PART ACC NOT PAID ACC K***
Since the cholesterol test being taken on the 2/10/2015 essential med did not pay the test although they have an agreement with the pathologist to assist their clients.Also Dr AW Pelser (the panel dr) explained to me that she has the listings of tests which the medical ins will pay and work strictly according to it.I have sent 2 emails to essential med and informed them that I was going to be handed over and that they should call me urgently to discuss the matter as soon as possible,they did'nt.I am not prepared to spend money on a med ins who can not respond to my questions or supply me with medication on their listings and theni have to pay for it in cash.WHY do I have a med ins??Please I will be handed over 8/4/2016!!!!
Upon investigation we found the following.
The service was rendered to you on the 13th of October 2015 and not the 2nd of October 2015 as stipulated in your complaint. We have received the account in question for the service date 13 October 2015 and we have paid the account according to our Benefit structure and our Formula. The remaining amount you as client will be liable for as it is a shortfall.
Essential Med is bound by the Policy wording.
