Double debited
I have had my policy for less than a month, I had taken one dependent off but was still debited. The policy has never been used and neither did essential med contact me about the cancellation. And then have the audacity to tell me its 30 day cancellation when I haven't even had the policy for 25 days\ "

Thank you for bringing the concerning matter to our attention.
Upon further investigation have we found that the first e-mail regarding the removal of dependent 2 was received the 21st of September 2015 at 11:17am.
As per our policy terms and conditions there is a 30 day amendment period, provided a completed amendment form was received after which dependent 2 will be removed before your next debit order date.
Please note that payments are made in advance therefor the dependent will enjoy cover until the end of October 2015.
