Don't trust Essential Med

I have had enough of this company. I had to sign all the documents before my artists came to South Africa. Some unfortunately did not receive their visas. When I notified them my Account still got deducted multiple times because I couldn't prove it. My account is still being deducted until today. I've emailed and phoned them multiple times yet my account is still getting deducted for people who are not even in South Africa. Bottom line. Don't trust Essential med. They don't reply to my emails but are more than happy to deduct my account.
