Don't care about existing clients

I have just found out that Essential Med values their new clients more than their existing ones. I have been a client since 2016 and went onto their website this morning to check their maternity benefits. The maternity is now R30 000.00 for delivery, but because I am an existing client they will only cover R16500.00, and I pay more than new clients for this. This is absolute nonsense as they are supposed to be looking after their existing clients as well. To put the cherry on the cake, if I want to go onto the new plan with better services and less payment I have to adhere to the waiting periods again. This means that I have to wait 12 months for maternity benefits when I am due in 6 weeks. This is unacceptable from a company.
