Courtesy Call

I recently had a problem with my sons chronic medication but the matter was resolved quickly by Beverley-Ann Damons. She was very friendly and followed up with an email.<br> <br> This morning I received a courtesy call from Jack Mbilini and I was pleased that I could tell him about the good service that I recently received. He made sure that I understand how the medical insurance plan works and updated my details on their system. <br> <br> I am very happy with the level of service and the kind assistance that I received from Essential Med and in particular from Beverley-Ann and Jack Mbilini. It is nice to know that there is still people who take pride in what they do.
