Claims not paid

I took my daughter to the doctor in August and the doctors rooms are still waiting to be paid. I have now been told I will get handed over unless this account is sorted out. 3 weeks ago I re-sent the claim and the doctors rooms phoned Essential Med and gave them the tracking number from when it was submitted in August. About a week later I sent an email to check if it had been sorted out and got an email from Shanet to say my consultant would contact me shortly - I'm still waiting. I then sent another email saying no one had contacted me and got no response. Then on Friday 20 Feb I phoned to check if the doctors had been paid. The doctors rooms told me that they hadn't yet but they were dealing with Shanet?? So this whole \your consultant will be in touch with you"sounds like a delay tactic to me.

Surely it is better business practice to pay the one"
