Cancellation of policy with immediate effect
I have put in a request via your website to cancel cover with your company in February, and to date nobody has bothered to respond to same or to contact me. Then this month I sent an email to your cancellations dept. [Email Removed] on the 03/03/2015 and still nobody has contacted me??? this service is unacceptable. furthermore, I received an sms from a doctor on your list that I went to see in January (around the 22nd) and was advised that Essential med would not cover it? I would like to know why this is? Especially when I still had cover with your company? I need my cover terminated immediately as I cannot pay for something I am not receiving the benefits of. I need someone to contact me asap!! if not on my cell, I want email from Essential med with feedback!!!

We also tried to contact you today you on the following numbers: ***, ***, *** and ***, but unfortunately could not get a hold of you.
An email was sent to you advising that your termination request was received and processed. Confirmation of cancellation was sent to you via email. Your benefit end date will be the 31st of March 2015.
