Cancel my policy with immediate effect!!!

When I took out cover with Ess Med I received a brochure stating that Emergency Rooms or Casualties have no waiting period. When I needed it, I was told by Junayde James that most hospitals do not accept Ess Med's \promise to pay\" and that I could take my child wherever I wanted to as long as I paid upfront and then claimed back from Ess Med myself. This was not what I signed for and I am thus cancelling my policy with immediate effect so that I can take out a proper medical aid where I don't have to pay for the medical aid AND all my medical expenses myself. I have given you notice for the end of February, but this morning I received an sms stating that the end date is 31.03.2016. Because you are in breach of contract I am giving you notice with effect end of February. If you debit my account at the end of February I will reverse the debit order and lay charges of theft against Ess Med as you do not have permission to debit my account. I just want to get rid of this company and the PATHETIC lack of service that they offer. STAY AWAY!!! No doctor wants to be on their list of approved GP's, that alone should say something."
