Board of Committee's- unprofessional and no heart

I am very unhappy with Essential Med's committee as they have denied my request to pay an outstanding payment, and they are now asking a stupid question as to why i didnt follow up on my request for them to send me their banking details. Well here is why... When you have an automated e-mail response please make sure that your staff know the meaning of the words/ numerals 72 hours so that they can ensure to get back to the client within the given period.

I have now been denied to go to my GP whilst pregnant for my check up due to this neglect on their regard and even though i have previously recieved the banking details(which got lost due to phone storage problems) this still seems to be my fault.

After all the good and positive feedback that i have previously recieved from them this all is a great shock and that from THE BOARD OF COMMITTEES.

Hello JanineMorton,

Thank you for bringing your concerning matter under our attention.

Upon investigation we noticed that your policy is on debit order and not EFT payment method. We also picked up that for the past 3 months your debit order bounced. However there was a grace period to make payment. Your third back payment request was past the grace period frame and therefore the committee could not approve your request.
Essential Med is a pre-paid service and due to the skipped payment the policy falls back into the waiting periods.

Please note that in the policy wording it does state that it is the client responsibility to ensure that the monthly premiums are paid.
Essential Med is also bound by the terms and conditions of the policy.

Kind Regards
Essential Group
