I'm so furious and frustrated by this essential med this is worse than any bad service I have ever came across like really i wouldn't advice anyone to join this insurance. It's a hustle to get claims paid and now I need to go through a painful procedure they tell me they don't cover less than 24 hours procedure while their claims produce states that they cover day to day and minor procedure so what makes this different cause it's a minor procedure under local anaesthetic. this means they ****ing people
