Bad payments to suppliers -

My Dr now insists that I pay cash and claim back from Esssential Med as they battle to get their money from them. It is not like I can afford it as a pensioner. This is just not on - we as clients expect them to be "on the ball" when it comes to paying the suppliers of health care. We do not go to the Dr very often either and now I will be scared to go as I have to pay first!
