bad medical aid
As the first month they deducted twice the amount and is still not back after calling and complaining a few times.As today we called essential med asked them for a doctor in Louis Trichard and they gave us on.When we got there they said they cant help us because of them not paying them.They were sending us to different medical centre's,clinics,hospitals.pharmacy and so on and still not came right to get my baby's injections. Poor medical aid and leaving them for a better one.

Thank you for bringing the query to our attention. Firstly I do apologise that these service dates were not paid yet. It will be paid on the 24 November 2015.
I have to bring under your attention that we do communicate with our doctors whether there are any outstanding service dates. Our manager of doctor practices was a month ago at doctor Ferreira where they issued us with a reconciliation of all outstanding accounts, which we have included in our recent payment runs.
It seems that the service dates in question was not included in the reconciliation.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
