Appalling from start to finish

<p>The policy was taken out on the 14/03/2016. After numerous follow ups on the 23/05/2016 over 2 months later I received my "Welcome Pack" which consisted of nothing more but a covering letter and benefits. There were no terms and conditions or policy wordings provided. Now at claims stage, I have been advised that I have to utilise a dentist in their network (which my dentist is not) and I have to pay all costs upfront. I was also advised that I cannot use this product in conjunction with my existing medical aid. I have now requested that the policy is cancelled from inception and the premium refunded to me. According to their policy wording (that was never received) they cannot do this. This may be a case for the FSB or Short Term Insurance Ombudsman to investigate and provide their learned opinion on the entire debacle. </p>
