Always going the extra MILE, value to the company

Good day<br> <br> I would like to thank Mr John Vass at Essential group for assisting me with all my queries. Since last year I have dealt with different consultants at Essential group and not one of them could do what John did in a day, sort out my query. He is truly a value to the company and I hope that essential group employ more valuable assets to the company as John who solves a query and not by passing it on to the next person, but who get to the roots of the query and problem.<br> <br> GP accounts from 2013 has not been paid by essential Med but i have escalated my query to John and he could solve that query in just a day. And the accounts has been paid it took me a year to get this task done.<br> <br> The only person I think that deserves this compliment is Mr John Vass.<br> And thank you also for looking into the non payment received for the month of September that was not allocated on your sided for September. That query was solved by John as well.<br> Thank you for truly being a blessing in my life. Essential Med is not so bad its the consultants that sometimes give bad feedback and not going the extra mile and by just giving a random answer.<br> <br> Thank you Mr John Vass for your assistance.
