ALL I WANT IS FOR MY HUSBAND TO HAVE TREATMENT

My Husband is currently not doing very well. He went to see the GP who was not on the network although he was on the network when I went to see him previously and that is why my husband went to see him. That sorted, he managed to get an appointment and the doctor had a look at his throat, advised him 2 have 1 or 2 teeth extracted before he could carry on treating him as he felt it may be the teeth that are poisoning him. He contacted the dentist who was also on the network previously and after much correspondence we received an e mail afrom Junayd confirming that he was once again on the network. My husband duly made an appointment but when he went to see the dentist they were informed that there were no benefits, my husband could not have the extractions. This has been carrying on for 3 weeks, the dentist saga alone. In the mean time my husband is on painkillers permanently because he has a sore throat, ear and headache - what do we have to do to get these people to communicate with one another - I still don't know if the dentist is on the panel. I am sure that once my husband if finally ready to go back to the doctor he will not be on the network any more - please help.
