A simple task is too much to ask.

I joined Essential Med Gap cover about 2 years ago. The gentleman Lyle Solomans who assisted me in signing up was very pleasant that I had even referred many of my colleagues to take out the Gap cover which seemed to be reasonably priced for the services they were offering. However clearly that reasonable premium should have been an indication of the pathetic and ineffective service that was looming in this company.From the get go I had constant billing issues.
