Following 4 full days of trying to obtain an authorisation number for follow up surgery, and going crazy, I sent Nicolene an email and she responded within half an hour, with the number I have been so desperately awaiting.<br> In times of crises (I nearly lost my son in a critical car accident 7 days ago) I don't think that the members emotions and degree of urgency are always taken into account. Nicolene however does, and her speedy response, in the nick of time, has provided us with the peace of mind knowing all is in order for tomorrow. <br> Her excellent service and fantastic general attitude should be noted, as it is not the first time that she is the only person at Essential Med who has been there to eagerly assist and sort out an issue.<br> Thank you Nicolene!
