I found this store vai Instagram so I went and made a purchase of 2 items and was given options to choose two free gift adding the items to be four and was given two options of delivery and I choose the one for the products to be shipped the following day

I found this store vai Instagram so I went and made a purchase of 2 items and was given options to choose two free gift adding the items to be four and was given two options of delivery and I choose the one for the products to be shipped the following day and was sent where I should sent the money and I did. I waited the to get feedback back from them .....oh I receive an email of the order created then the following day I received another email telling me the order has been canceled due to a payment not received .I then started to look for way to communicate with them only to find out the their number is not working. I then tried to send them emails but no response.
