poor service *********** over the counter consultant

<p>Went yesterday to get suspension for my throat as my tonsils were removed 6 ways before, wound is still literally raw. Yes doesn't seem right but my doctor said that it has pain reducing actions and when gaugled it will aid when eating. The consultant gave me a oral rinse which by all means burnt the **** out of me and I was in pain for most of the night. I did not sleep until past 3am and had swallowed too many pain ****ers with fear of taking more. When I approched them saying I requested a suspension they refused by defending the guys decision in that and said it's not refundable. I told them I requested suspension and he said I must take the oral rinse after telling them I wanted a suspension. After arguing the same consultant started laughing at me in my face which was uncalled for and sent me on a frustration streak where I voiced my opinion using some funny language of which I am apologetic about and beg forgiveness. But felt really their service and conflict handling is poor. If they had to experience what I did how would they react and respond especially after being made to feel like you dumb and don't know what you talking about it. People, do not purchase your medication from them rather go to the professionals like Mkem. They know and atleast try to understand. </p>
