What despicable customer service! I arrived at the pharmacy 5 minutes before 18h00, their advertised closing time during the lockdown. They turned me away at the door, along with 3 or 4 other customers and argued with me for 5 minutes that the government instructed them to close at 18h00, but they closed their doors before the time. Now unless I'm mistaken, businesses are not allowed to close their doors until the stipulated time. This guy had the audacity to tell me that my time is wrong after already arguing with me for 5 minutes, by which time it had reached closing time. I explained that I knew exactly what I needed, it was for my baby, and I would pay with cash because my medical aid details would take too long to load as I'd never purchased on medical aid there before. He told me to come back the next day, with such arrogance and an attitude.

I will never ever be going to Essential Health again if this is how they're going to treat customers. I will gladly take my business elsewhere, where they close doors at the correct time.
