Buying slippers at Essential Health

My husband bought slippers for me at Essential Health. But they are too small and now the pharmacy in Kuilsriver refuse to give me a refund. They claim because of the coronavirus they not allowed to take products back. But this cant be right because retailers allow you to return clothes if they don’t fit. The slippers was R600. I am actually asking for help. Where can I go to complaint. Please help
