Essential Health Pharmacy Claremont- Store Assistance play around to much ...

I don't have much to say. However the staff at this branch needs some attitude training. Mostly the FOH( Cashiers and assisting staff) . For the life of me, I will never understand why staff members think it is professional to speak about their personal lives in front of customers. As I just moved to Upper Claremont, I thought let me check out the different Zimplex products as they vary in certain stores. I just purchased R 800 of victims at Dischem and thought I'll pop in by the pharmacy see if I can get a inexpensive Zimplex. Just to find out .... that I needed to ask the Cashier (Ashleigh) to assist in pricing two different products. Then I had to ask THEM TO FIX THEIR PRICES.. I still made the joke" You know I won't spend more than R60 on a Zimplex" to the assistant . I then moved on to the next aisle to search for cough medicine,luckily your store actually had someone on the floor not parading and speaking about their personal life( LOUDLY). Once, I got to the cough medicine I saw that the prices were still not correct. Frustrated I moved to the pain tablets. I decided to purchase the 24 Compral - Once I got to the till- the price was different. I honestly just wanted to tell the Cashier this wouldn't be a problem if you weren't talking and actually paid attention to your pricing when opening and closing the store!!!! Ashleigh the proceeded to give me no face as if I was frustrating her . She then packaged my products and slightly tossed it to me. ( please check your cameras) I was so disappointed in Essential Health Claremont Branch . I left feeling ; -Was it the way that I was dressed? Did they treat me this way because I wasn't purchasing R1000's worth of products?? I will not be shopping at this branch again. To much talk and no work. Thanks once again to the one assistant that helped me( Tall -well groomed man,dressed as if he wants to work and not play)
