Worst service
I am extremely disappointed with the service from Essential Health Pharmacy, particularly their WhatsApp support. Their response times are unacceptable, and getting assistance is incredibly frustrating. On this occasion, we waited for hours without any reply. After waiting long enough, we drove to another pharmacy to get the medication ourselves. Then, six hours later, Essential Health Pharmacy suddenly decided to deliver the medication. By then, it was far too late and completely unnecessary. What makes this even more disappointing is that this is not the first time we've experienced such poor service. Consistently slow communication and a lack of urgency when patients need medication are simply not acceptable. I hope the pharmacy takes customer service more seriously and improves its WhatsApp response times, because reliable communication is essential when people are waiting for medication. Unfortunately, based on my repeated experiences, I cannot recommend their service.

Worst service ever!
I have been with this pharmacy for at least 20 plus years. Never had a problem. I live in grotto bay west coast and still drive in once a month to collect my chronic medicine. This morning I arrived and sat in the queue to collect my medicine. One customer in front of me. She got served and I stood up and went to the counter. This black guy did not even look at me and walk out the door. The pharmacist was standing there checking meds. I stood there for almost a half hour, then the same black man brought a rep into my space and they were chatting and bantering. After he left another customer came in and this guy asked her to come forward. There I lost it. Must be racial hate. Why did the pharmacist ignore me and the situation. Useless people working there with ZERO CUSTOMER CARE.
