Worst Service Ever

<p>I am very Disappointed in the Service of EEB ,, In ab event of an emergency I could not be assisted by any Net Care Hospital and following the Steps got me now where either.</p> <p>This was so embarrassing to know that I pay for something that does NOT work And does not PAY the doctors the Fee the Charge ???</p> <p> </p> <p>Thursday Night I Got stung by a scorpion Rushed to the Net Care hospital Where I could not be helped as they Do not know anything about EEB ( Union Hospital )</p> <p>Went to A level 2 hospital ( Clinton Hospital ) Where they could not assist either ?</p> <p> </p> <p>I followed the So Called procedures and could not be assisted as the number given on the card was not much help either I called waisted all my airtime and could not be helped ?</p> <p> </p> <p>I had to Hold on for 10 min just for them to try and find my details wish was not on the system either ?? I could not be assisted the Same night that I had an emergency ? </p> <p> </p> <p>What if this was An Accident ? How does this benefit me at all ?</p> <p> </p> <p>This is now the 3rd Complaint since I had this policy in 3 4 months ? The service IS PETHETIC AND A WASTE OF TIME ,, I would rather Spend that Money on something that actually works and can assist in</p> <p>A case of emergency..</p> <p> </p> <p>I had had been stung by a bigger and more venomous Scorpion and could not be assisted at ANY HOSPITAL with in a Respective Radius From my House I could have Been Very Sick or I could have DIED this is how serious this matter is But never the</p> <p>Less I will just have to Upload on Social Media and just let People and other companies know about the Service they will Receive when Joining this policy.</p> <p> </p> <p>Like all other client will be saying you take my money every month but I don’t get assistance when needed the most ?</p> <p> </p> <p>Yes I know I have used the service to See my GP but wish was also to my disappointment when I got an account that the Doctor was not Paid in Full ? </p> <p>What a Waste of Money Time and effort ,,</p> <p> </p> <p>I will have to take this up and Further as I could have lost my life dew to this Not working ,, I have taken this on my own risk yes but we could have been told that this is a Joke of A policy and that this will not benefit us at all we,</p> <p>Should not have been sold A **** policy with False promises and Disgusting Customer service and Poor feedback and outcome of Quires…</p> <p> </p> <p>Please could you advise on the way forward.. What should I do I have no words to Express how MAD AND DISSAPIONTED I AM..</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the worst experience I have every had with Anyone or any company ever in my whole life.</p>
