Poor service

I am very very unhappy with the service we as a company received from this medical company - i do have various emails i have send to them. We app**** for this and an agent(which i believe has resigned!!!) was sent to us - everything was made out to be so perfect and easy - even received a booklet with all the benefits. After using dentists and practitioners we are only sitting with problems, unpaid accounts, phone calls for money!!! and the story goes on...... to send emails to them is not helpful at all - you do not get a reply - i also had other questions regarding the hospital plan i took out with them, and a funeral cover - they just cant help me , no answers!!! Please do not make use of these guys!! they are pathetic.
