Never get essential Employee Benefits

I did a Reimbur*****t , the mail was send with all the needed documents. After the struggle to speak to someone the told me they did not received my email. After I resend it 3 times they received it. From Tuesday I did not get any feedback from them. I did send follow up mails but no luck.

Can someone please assist me.
