Horrible service

Horrible service with essential employee benefits, I always encounter the same problem with them, when my doctor always has to confirm membership, the lines are either not going through, or they hang up and chit chatting when it's time to work. The first time I had to go back home very ill because they did not want to confirm anything. I. Resorted to use the whatsapp contact that they responded too after a while. Consultants are also rude and show no remorse. Very bad service, very bad
