Many members not having their medical bills paid by you people , but you take our monthly premuim every month on time ! I too are one of these members SUFFERING with bills being handed over thanks to you !!! Pay my arrear Bills Please ! This is not acceptable the Lies and empty promises from January and I SEE many other members also complaining of arrear unpaid bills ......

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, Quality This Medical Insurance Plan , Does NOT Pay Bills . I am handed over from ARREAR accounts that are outstanding since January , i have begged and pleaded and after 100 of mails and telephone calls up to date they are NOT settling Bills, that was originally provided a GOP (Guarantee of Payment ). I do not recommend them at all and must now log complaints with Medical Ombudsman , Hello Peter ect ...
