EEB WON'T COVER MY MATERNITY BENEFIT.

A quotation was sent to you guys in August and it was not attended to, the next thing when I make a follow up today you guys are telling me stories... According to my knowledge u cover up to R25000 for a natural birth but now you only wanna pay R4600, wer on earth have u seen such an amount being paid for a delivery in a private hospital? I pay you guys on time and never give you problems so please pay that amount that is required because I don't understand what changed, when and why wer we not advised on any changes.

I'll be going on Labour very soon PLEASE pay up.
