EEB refusing to pay hospital bills. My name is now listed on the Credit Beureau. Be warned

I am a member of the above insurer. I joined them close to five years ago if not more. I was hospitalized in December 2021 at Life St Dominic's hospital and they did give an authorization but they are not paying. The same goes for Life St Mary's hospital. For two consecutive admissions, they haven't paid. I am now sick and require emergency medical care. I cannot be taken there because I owe them tens of thousands.

I spoke to the person who is in charge, the guy who replaced Richard Okonkwo but he seems to be ***********.

I was hospitalized late last year and had to pay for radiolography of which I was told for in hospital treatment, you do not pay. It was for the first time that I had to pay cash.

Can somebody come to my rescue? My name is being taken to the Credit Beureau, which affects my credit worthiness all because of EEB.
