EEB are ******. They will amend your policy without you knowing about it. Be warned

I am a member of this health insurance for a couple of years now. I noticed last year that they removed one of my dependents, LS Qulu. I inquired and the response was that they were going to call me. They never did. This year, last month I was being rushed to hospital and they called EEB and Matilda was on all and told them I have resigned. I was hospitalized though because apparently she said she was going to have the issue attended on Monday as it was Friday late.

I was hospitalized for 6days without any hassles. I came back home and my dependent got sick and I took her to the GP only to be told I had resigned. I called and spoke to a lady I forgot her name and she promised to call me back, she never did. I called again and spoke to Zandile and she told me she was escalating the matter and she will copy me on the email. She never did. She asked when was my last premium I sent her notification. The debit went through on 25 August @19:23...but I was told I resigned in June. I want answers. These people are running away from their responsibilities the way I see it. My child was also hospitalized in July, how did that happen if I resigned in June? Who removed LS from my policy? The other thing is that, I noticed that they were deducting a bigger amount, not the amount I signed up for. That was ******* at its best. I need answers. I also need to see a GP today.
